The Presidium consists of the President – Frank Weber from Germany - and two Vice Presidents – Susanne Gällhagen from Sweden and Björn Fridthjof from Denmark.
 
All members of the Presidium work in influential positions in national organizations and are there for always close to the occupational practice and yet still able to take far reaching decisions within the Presidium.
 
The Presidium meets several times a year for special occasions and for discussing experiences.
